
Food at the italian restaurant was not the best. Thank God our kid said it tasted funny and didn’t drink it.

Make sure when you order a drink for your kids that it has no alcohol because they once made that mistake. Most staff at the hotel is unprofessional, they complain a lot. They seemed upset about something and were rude. Food at the bufete was sloppy and service was the worst. Once there, the waterpark was not working and according to staff it had been like that for almost a month, they don’t have enough floats and no, our youngest was not allowed to use it. We called a few days prior to our arrival to ask about the water park and were told that it was working well and that our youngest ( 9) could use it. I hear Secrets Cap Cuna and the Zoetry properties are really nice. I’d preferred to stay at one of their more updated and luxury resorts in the future. Honestly, I’ve been to nicer resorts but for the money, at an all inclusive, it wasn’t bad. There is a family/kids area that appeared to be nice. The resort grounds is beautiful and well kept. It turned out to be a five step spa process and the massage was amazing. The alcoholic beverages were weak so curb your expectations. We may have has better luck at the taco truck. Some people had good experiences with the food, so to each his own. The hosts in the preferred eating area were friendly and extremely helpful. We were not impressed with the food at the restaurants. If you’re not careful, your showering will be someone’s morning show. The bathroom area is awkward and too close to the front door. He was very attentive, personable and addressed our every need. We were assigned a butler, Ely Jesus who was amazing. The adjacent pool is adult only and very nice. Both came in handy providing a luxury experience with poolside waiter service. We transferred from Breathless to enjoy having a private splash pool and adjoining cabana bed. It really meant a lot to us that they would find our boys either outside or in Scores and made sure they had their food, drink and just took care of them. Jogeiny and Sady, ladies that worked at On a roll (burger spot) and Sundaez went above and beyond every time they served our family. Johan, waiter at Carnival buffet ( breakfast) was always joyous and tended to all of our requests without a problem. Sady, housekeeper was consistent with how she took care of our room and caring. Anticipated what we needed and was professional. He took great care of us every single time.Ĭarlos, waiter in Carnival buffet (breakfast) and Capers. She always had a big smile when greeting us and remembered our preferences. Isabel, hostess at bluewater grill and the preferred lounge for breakfast.
